Sophie's Restaurant and Deli, the meeting place for All Ages Eco-Adventures Wildlife Theme Park, is a newly renovated restaurant, nestled beside a wooded area, located on Highway 11 a mere kilometer north of a 24 hour Co-op cardlock on the Transcanada. Close to the town of Hadashville, Sophie's Restaurant comfortably holds about 40 patrons. Sophie's serves up breakfast, lunches and dinner 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. That wonderful aroma might be Pat's bread which is fresh-baked daily on site. You can come for a meal or simply to indulge in one of Pat' delicious home-made desserts and gourmet coffee.
Sophie's specializes in authentic Ukrainian cuisine, including borscht, perogies (potato, cheese, or fruit), pelmeni (meat perogies) and cabbage rolls for those who enjoy a taste of the Ukraine. With your meal you can have a drink of wine or beer, you just may want to try one of the imported varieties in stock.
